For the realization of automatically continuous operation, our company has adopted the most internationally advanced Improved Sendzimir continuous galvanizing process in the hot-dip galvanizing plate production line with an annual capacity of 100,000t. This product has been hot-dip galvanized by the Improved Sendzimir Process and the equipments are designed by Beijing Central Iron & Steel Research Institute. The designed annual production capacity is 100,000t; thickness: 0.21.0mm, width: 8001250mm; the weight of raw material and product per unit: ≤10t; the diameters of raw material and coil: 508610; designed speed of production line: ≤100; the state of zinc spangles: big spangle, small spangle and no spangle; anti-corrosion treatment: chromium passivation, non-chromium passivation and Cr3 passivation. Thanks to its domestic leading technology, it can use full hard and cooling roll as raw material. At present, we are capable of manufacturing products with thickness of 0.14mm-1.2mm, weight of raw material and product per unit ≤20t, via the technological improvement.
