The design and major equipments of our color-coated plate production line with an annual capacity of 100,000t are provided by Korea GALVATEC Company. Thanks to its international advanced technology, we can manufacture products of high quality and strong market competitiveness. We have adopted bi-painting bi-drying coating technology during the production of this product and the manufacturing facility is produced by Dalian Wantong Industrial Equipment Co., Ltd, the drawings by POSCO; the coating machines (4 units) are original equipments provided by POSCO. The designed annual production capacity is100,000t; thickness: 0.21.4mm, width: 8001250mm; the weight of raw material and product per unit: ≤10t; the diameters of raw material and coil: 508610; the maximum process speed: ≤80; coating thickness: 13+420+20μm is acceptable, according to customers requirements. Thanks to its internationally advanced technology, it boasts the properties of online color exchange and online roller exchange to ensure the production continuity. Whats more, it can be used to produce products with thickness of 0.141.60mm via technological innovation.
