Detailed Product Description

This product has been hot-dip galvanized by the "Improved Sendzimir Process" and
the equipments are designed by Beijing Central Iron & Steel Research Institute.
The designed annual production capacity is 100,000t; thickness: 0.2~1.0mm, width:
800~1250mm; the weight of raw material and product per unit: ≤10t; the diameters
of raw material and coil: Φ508;Φ610; designed speed of production
line: ≤100; the state of zinc spangles: big spangle, small spangle and
no spangle; anti-corrosion treatment: chromium passivation, non-chromium passivation
and Cr3+ passivation. Thanks to its domestic leading technology, it can use
full hard and cooling roll as raw material. At present, we are capable of manufacturing
products with thickness of 0.14mm-1.2mm, weight of raw material and product
per unit ≤20t, via the technological improvement.
