and product per unit: ≤10t; the diameters of raw material and coil: Φ508;Φ610;
designed speed of production line: ≤100; the state of zincspangles: big spangle, small spangle and no spangle; anti-corrosion treatment:chromium passivation, non-chromium passivation and Cr3+ passivation. Thanks toits domestic leading technology, it can use full hard and cooling roll as raw material.
At present, we are capable of manufacturing products with thickness of0.14mm 1.2mm, weight of raw material and product per unit Φ20t, viathe technological improvement.
