this product and the manufacturing facility is produced by Dalian Wantong Industrial
Equipment Co., Ltd, the drawings by POSCO; the coating machines (4 units)are original equipments provided by POSCO. The designed annual production capacity
is100,000MT; thickness: 0.2 ∼1.4mm, width: 800 ∼1250mm; the weightof raw material and product per unit: ≤10t; the diameters of raw materialand coil: Φ508;Φ610; the maximum process speed: ≤80; coating thickness:
13+4∼20+20μm is acceptable, according to the requirements ofcustomer. Thanks to its internationally advanced technology, it boasts the properties
of online color exchange and online roller exchange to ensure the productioncontinuity. It can be used to produce products with thickness of 0.14 ∼1.60mm
via technological innovation.
